Principal Jackie Génard has 15 years of experience in Urban and Regional Planning, Community Development and Government Regulatory Agencies. Her expertise includes Land Use, Transportation, Infrastructure and International Planning. Ms. Génard has experience in preparing a countywide Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR) that analyzes the impact of proposed developments on existing infrastructure. She has extensive experience reviewing development and redevelopment plans for land use compliance. Ms. Génard’s broad base of expertise includes architectural, construction and planning services for the private and public sector.
Ms. Génard’s extensive education includes: a Masters of Science in Construction Management, Florida International University OHL School of Construction; a Master of City and Regional Planning, University of Pennsylvania; and a Bachelor of Architecture, University of Miami School of Architecture. Her professional affiliations include the: American Institute of Architects, National Association of Women in Construction, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards US Green Building Council.
Ms Génard currently serves as on the Miami-Dade County Transportation Aesthetic Review Committee. She is also a Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector, holds an OSHA 30-hour training card and is a trained Circuit Civil conflict resolution mediator. Her experience includes land planning and transportation planning positions with the City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and The Corradino Group.
